| CSR – Customer Service Rep. (Augusta) - Duties include assisting customers with decisions regarding the rental or purchase of home medical equipment and supplies. Responsibilities also include providing product information, verifying payment sources and coverage criteria, completing orders, coordinating delivery and assembling customer files and records.
