The History of KPHC
Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care became incorporated in October of 1995 as Kennebec Professional Pharmacy, a Limited Liability Corporation between Michael Nowak, as President, and Kennebec Valley Medical Center, now known as MaineGeneral Medical Center.
July 1, 2005, Kennebec Professional Pharmacy changed its name to Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care to better reflect the business we do and the services we provide, including home infusion services, respiratory therapy services, home medical equipment and compounding prescriptions.
On March 29, 2006, KPHC opened a retail store located on Commercial Street in Rockport. From that store, we are able to offer retail prescription services to the coastal community.
