That time of year is coming when some of us get the "Winter Blues". The reduction in the amount of daylight during the Fall and Winter months effects some people more than others in adverse ways. Those people might experience having less energy, being less cheerful, a lack of creativity or production. This is sometimes referred to as "Seasonal Affective Disorder", and Day-Light Therapy could be helpful.
